When your package's destination is over 72 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise using DHL Express for chocolate products, salad dressings, cheese spreads and other perishables (heat sensitive). If DHL Express is not chosen, we will not be held accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year. Ice Packs are available for purchase on our website as well as Insulated Bags.
