United States Orders

DHL Express orders typically ship within 7-10 Business days, DHL Express will be delivered next day, depending on location.

DHL Express orders 50lbs(22.68kg) and over will be sent shipping charges for approval from the customer. Once approved we will process the order.

International Orders

International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping rates vary by destination. Calculated shipping fees will appear upon checkout prior to being required to submit payment. Orders typically ship within 7-10 Business days then 3-5 days delivery time by UPS Worldwide Expedited. Delivery times may vary per country.

UPS Worldwide Expedited Orders 33lbs(15kg) and over will be sent shipping charges for approval from the customer. Once approved we will process the order.

Calculated shipping fees will appear upon checkout prior to being required to submit payment. This applies to U.S. as well as International orders. Tariffs, Taxes, Customs fees, and VAT where applicable (International orders excluding the U.S.) will be the responsibility of the customer.

During the Summer, or when shipping to destinations with year-round warmer weather, we use DHL Express, for chocolate, salad dressing, cheese spreads and other perishable products (heat sensitive). Insulated bags and Ice packs are available on our website and we strongly recommend using both. If you choose to ship without an insulated bag and ice packs when the temperature exceeds 72 degrees, or you are not present at the time of delivery and damage occurs because of a delay in claiming the package, CanadianFoodToUsa.com will not take responsibility.
