How long will it take for my order to arrive?


After you place an order with us it will be shipped within 2-4 Business days. Purolator picks up your order in Canada and delivers to UPS at the Canada/Usa border. UPS will deliver your order in the USA. UPS Ground Service orders take 2-6 business days to arrive depending on your location. UPS Express is available as an option. Please let us know if you would be interested in a quote for UPS Express.




How will I know the shipping cost if I don't live in the U.S.?


Sorry, but we do not ship worldwide. We only ship to the U.S.




Are prices in US or Canadian Funds and How Can I pay?


All prices are in US Funds. We use PayPal as our payment processor. No account needed. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.




How will I know when my order has been sent?


We will notify you by e-mail the day your order is shipped and this will include a tracking number so you can follow its progress.




Can I still have my chocolates shipped ground service in the warmer months?


Warm Weather Shipping When your package's destination is over 68 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise that you select frozen gel-packs with Next Day Air. This is to ensure safety during shipping from chocolate melting. 5 frozen gel-packs($10.00), 3 frozen gel-packs($6.00). The frozen gel-packs will keep your product cool for up to 48 hours.

In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the summer months (May, June, July, August and September - or whenever temperatures exceed 68 degrees) to ship all of our packages that contain chocolate with frozen gel-packs.

If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and the damage occurs (including melting) as the result of a delay in claiming the package, CanadianFoodToUsa.com will not take responsibility.

If you choose to ship without frozen gel-packs (which may include Ground shipping or Next Day Air) during anytime the temperatures exceed 68 degrees, we will not be accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year.

It is advisable to check your local weather forecast when ordering to determine if you should add the frozen gel-packs.




Can I buy these products at the address on your web site?


Our orders can only be purchased online, by phone or by email. They are not available at the address on our site. All orders are shipped from Canada.




How safe is my credit card information when I place an order with CanadianfoodtoUSA.com?


We use PayPal and PayPal has taken every safety precaution to ensure your protection. We use secure socket layer (ssl) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the internet as jumbled code, and decoded on CanadianfoodtoUSA.com secure server. It cannot be read in transit. You will see our SSL certificate displayed when checking out.




When I place an order using your web site I am asked for a fair amount of personal information. Does this ever get passed to a third party?

Yes there is. You can phone or simply email in your order to us along with your name, address, credit card number and expiration date, and phone number..
