  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    After you place an order with us it will be shipped within 4-5 Business days, including Expedited. UPS will then deliver your order in the USA. UPS Ground Service orders take 2-6 Business days to arrive after shipping, depending on your location in the USA. UPS Express is available as an option. Please let us know if you would be interested in a quote for UPS Express. Orders 150lbs(68kg) and over will be sent shipping charges for approval from the customer. Once approved we will process the order.
  • How will I know the shipping cost if I don't live in the U.S.?
    Sorry, but we do not ship worldwide. We only ship to the U.S.
  • Are prices in US or Canadian Funds and How Can I pay?
    All prices are in US Funds. We use PayPal as our payment processor. No account needed. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • How will I know when my order has been sent?
    We will notify you by e-mail the day your order is shipped and this will include a tracking number so you can follow its progress. The e-mail will be from UPS and will contain your tracking number, please check your junk mail if you cannot find it.
  • Can I still have my chocolates shipped ground service in the warmer months?
    Warm Weather Shipping When your package's destination is over 72 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise using UPS Next Day Air or UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air for chocolate products, salad dressings, cheese spreads and other perishables. We will be happy to give you a quote. If UPS Next Day Air or UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air is not chosen, we will not be held accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year. Ice Packs are available for purchase on our website as well as Cooler Bags. We recommend using Ice Packs with a Cooler Bag. The ice-packs will keep your product cool for up to 72 hours only. If you choose to ship without frozen ice-packs or Cooler Bags (which may include UPS Ground Service, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air) during anytime the temperatures exceed 72 degrees, we will not be held accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year. If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and damage occurs (including melting) as the result of a delay in claiming the package, CanadianFoodToUsa.com will not take responsibility. It is advisable to check your local weather forecast when ordering to determine if you should add the frozen ice-packs.
  • Can I buy these products at the address on your web site?
    Our orders can only be purchased online, by phone or by email. They are not available at the address on our site. All orders are shipped from Canada.
