Our Finest Artisan Style Bourbon Trail BBQ Sauce 375g

Our Finest Artisan Style Bourbon Trail BBQ Sauce is charred in Oak barrels and aged to sweet perfection, this whiskey is a time-honoured pairing with classic BBQ flavours. Tomato paste and concentrated apple juice adds to the complexity of this sweetness while liquid hickory smoke gives a backbone for the bourbon to truly sing against. Fresh garlic and onion purees add a flavourful umami base with supporting notes of paprika, bay leaf, cinnamon, and allspice.
